At Tizo Care Car Wash, we aim to deliver the best quality car wash and detailing services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refunds can be requested within 7 working days of the service.
  • Any service complaints must be reported immediately during the service time or within 1 hour after the service is completed. Complaints made after this period will not be considered for refund.
  • If the service criteria are not met or if the issue raised does not fall under our service guarantee, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
2. What You Will Need
  • A valid service receipt is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction (e.g., payments made via credit/debit card will be refunded to the same account).
3. Process for Refund
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, please raise your concern with our customer service team immediately and provide your service receipt.
  • Once verified, we will initiate the refund for the service fee paid and credit the refund amount to your original payment account.
  • Please note, we do not refund any additional charges (e.g., tips, third-party fees, or optional add-on services).
4. Company Rights
  • Based on our evaluation of the service complaint, we may either issue a refund or offer a free re-service where applicable.
  • At any time, Tizo Care Car Wash reserves the right to refuse a refund or re-service if the complaint does not meet our criteria.
  • For security purposes, we may require proof of identity before processing refunds.
